TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refund Option
- $25/person or $75/family
- The refund option must be purchased concurrently with the season pass. To apply for a refund you must submit your request in writing within 15 days of non-participation, and provide a Doctor or Employer’s note stating the date the claim is effective.
- Season passes will be refunded based on the following criteria:
- Debilitating injury
- Illness that prevents you from skiing or boarding
- Employer requires a residential relocation of a least 300 km from Revelstoke
- Refund option does not include:
- Intentional self injury
- Pregnancy
- Pre-existing injury
- Refund Schedule
- 100 % prior to January 1, 2009
- 50 % prior to February 1, 2009
- 25 % prior to March 1, 2009
- No refunds after February 28, 2009
General
- Students must be enrolled full-time at a recognized post secondary school in Canada.
- All age cut-offs are as of date of purchase. Those turning 65 after the date of purchase but before December 31st may purchase the senior’s pass.
- Season passes are not transferable and may be revoked for misuse, foul language, or violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code and will be revoked by RMR management or Ski Patrol.
- All pass holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to receiving their season pass.
- Must show proof of age and address when picking up passes.
- Season Passes remain the property of Revelstoke Mountain Resort.
- Season Passes are for recreational use only.
