Terrain Park Improvements
November 22 2016
Coming back for its second season, the Terrain Park at RMR has undergone some changes while you were away at summer camp.
Along with the existing 14 acres of terrain scattered with pristine jumps and jibs, we've added an entirely new and separate section of the park for the 16/17 season.
"The Gnome Zone" is our new progression area hidden amongst the trees just down the road from our existing terrain park. As you slide through our tunnel entrance, you'll be transported into a perfectly spaced glade filled with jumps, jibs and rollers that are designed for progression. Don’t feel like getting rad? We’re sure you’ll enjoy taking your journey through “The Gnome Zone” all the same.
Do you like jumps? Of course you do. And that’s why we decided to work on our overs over the summer. How? By smoothing out our terrain, and beginning to build up our jump line’s dirt structure. Relying on natural snow can take some time (even in a winter wonderland like this) so with these additions, we aim to be able to get you a better jump earlier in the season.
Look for our Park Crew continually growing and expanding the park throughout the season, and come see why we call the Stoke Chair “The Ultimate Park Lap”. A wide open bowl leads to endless glades, buttery pillows, and big cliffs, all tied into a perfectly manicured terrain park. We think you’ll enjoy it.
