What’s New for Winter

September 26 2014

Mountain Ops has been busy this summer!

There's always room for improvement where skiing terrain is concerned, and our Trail Crew have worked hard to develop terrain on all sides of the mountain. With extensive glading and regular brushing, exciting new areas and old favourites will be ready to shred on Opening Day.

We've expanded glading on Southside, doubling the size of Tally-Ho Glades.

We've straightened Chopper, improving its flow. We've also expanded glading in the Glades of Glory, greatly improving skiing quality, and increased ease-of-access from the Ripper Connector.

The BCA Avalanche Ranch is a new and improved transceiver-testing area at the top of the Gondola to hone backcountry skills and avalanche awareness.

Enjoy our new retail concept with ski boots, a specialty BCA backcountry area, and softgoods all under one roof. Bootfitting and custom footbeds will also be available in retail to fix pressure points and save your ski day.
