Revelstoke Mountain Resort Refund Policies
Summer Tickets & Play All Day Passes
We will provide full refunds for all unclaimed Pipe Mountain Coaster, Aerial Adventure Park, Mountain Bike, Sightseeing & Hiking tickets and Play All Day Passes, no questions asked. Play All Day Passes are non-refundable after one ride on the Pipe Mountain Coaster and the Upper Gondola. Mountain Bike tickets are non-refundable once the RFID pass has been scanned at the upper gondola.
2020 Summer Season Passes
We will provide full refunds for all unused Mountain Bike or Sightseeing & Hiking* Season Passes, no questions asked. Summer Season Pass (biking and sightseeing) refunds are available to individuals who sustain injury, illness or relocation for work outside of Revelstoke. Refunds are subject to pass usage.
*Those who received a Sightseeing & Hiking Season Pass through our 2020.2021 Early Bird Winter Season Pass Sale are not entitled to a refund or cash value of any kind.
2020.2021 Winter Lift Tickets, Rentals & Lessons
All of our winter 2020.2021 products including lift tickets, equipment rentals and snow school reservations have a "no questions asked" refund policy in place until December 1, 2020. Until December 1, 2020, guests may cancel their lift ticket, equipment rental or snow school reservation without penalty. Effective December 2, 2020, all lift tickets, equipment rentals and snow school reservations are non-refundable, with the exception of the following COVID-19 related circumstances:
- In the event that the resort is forced to close.
- In the event that you, a family member, roommate or loved one are not feeling well or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 which primarily displays as a persistent cough.
- In the event that you have travelled outside of Canada and tickets were purchased for days within the mandatory 14-day quarantine period.
- In the event that you are prevented from travelling to Revelstoke due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions.
Winter Season Passes
In acknowledgement of these uncertain and stressful times, we have adjusted our refund policy to allow our guests some flexibility should their circumstances change over the course of the pandemic. We will be providing full refunds on Season Pass purchases, no questions asked, until October 31, 2020.
Effective November 1, 2020 our typical refund policy will apply. This policy states that under no circumstances will refunds or credits be given to those who do not purchase our 'Refund Option'.
