    Split the cost of your Early-Bird Season Pass into three equal payments. Submit your first payment by June 30, 2012 along with your credit card details for subsequent payments on September 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012. Click the "Payment Plan" tab above for more information.

    *Student Pass

    • Students (19 and over) must be full-time at an accredited Canadian College or University.
    • Proof of full-time enrollment for both the fall and winter semesters must be presented at the time of pick-up. A complete course listing from the Registrar's Office will be required. A minimum of 3 courses is considered full-time.
    • Failure to provide proof of enrollment will result in an increase to the current Adult Season Pass rate.

    **Family Passes

    • Family rates apply when purchasing three or more Season Passes. All passes must be purchased at the same time to qualify.
    • A family is defined as parents with children under 19 living at the same residence. Children five and under do not count towards the family discount. All applicants 19 and over must apply as a single adult or full-time student.

    ***Dual Parent Pass

    • Only 1 parent can use the pass at any given time.
    • The second parent must purchase a lift ticket to access any lift when the other parent is using the pass. This includes the Magic Carpet and the Revelation Gondola. A Sightseeing Pass must be purchased in order to access the Mid-Mountain Lodge.
    • Maximum age of the child is 5 years (based on the date of purchase). The child's birth certificate is required at time of pick-up.
    • The child's last name must be registered under the father or mother’s last name, otherwise proof of legal guardianship is required.

This offer is blacked out from December 26, 2012 - January 2, 2013 and from February 17-19, 2013.

    • Season Pass Holders save 10% on the best available rate at the Sandman Hotel Revelstoke. This offer is subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply. Advanced bookings are required and must be made through 1.800.SANDMAN at least 24hrs prior to arrival. This offer is blacked out from December 26, 2012 - January 2, 2013 and from February 17-19, 2013.

    • Season Pass Holders receive 15% off any Houseboat Vacation with Waterway Houseboats. This offer is valid on any boat, during any season in 2012 and 2013. 2011/2012 Season Pass Holders are also eligible for this discount. You will be required to submit a photocopy of your Season Pass at the time of booking.     • Season Pass Holders save 10% on all pre-orders with Trapper Snowboards. Lock down your 2012/2013 Trapper snowboard/splitboard order with a deposit by July 31st and they will knock 10% off the purchase price.     Seasonal Locker Rental

    Seasonal Locker Rentals are available in The Sutton Place Hotel at a charge of $175 plus HST for the 2012-2013 winter season.   • Payment Plan - Available Until June 30, 2012

    Split the cost of your Early-Bird Season Pass into three equal payments. Submit your first payment by June 30, 2012 along with your credit card details for subsequent payments on September 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012.

    A $25 administration fee will be charged for each individual pass holder. Family applications are subject to a $25 fee per application. A $35 fee will be charged for all NSF payments. Outstanding payments must be received within 5 business days of the Payment Due date along with the required NSF fee.

    Season Pass accounts that are left with a balance outstanding will shift to the subsequent pricing tier with no option for a refund. If you wish to make a cash or debit payment, you must pay prior to the scheduled payment plan date. Cheques will not be accepted for Payment Plan applications.

    The payment plan option cannot be purchased online. This option must be purchased in person, via fax, email or mail.

  • Refund Option

    Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given to pass holders that do not purchase the refund option.

    • Refund Option must be purchased concurrently with the Season Pass at a cost of $25/person or $75/family plus HST.
    • If a parent, spouse, or child (under the age of 19) is also a refundable pass holder and chooses to cease participation due to a family member's injury or sickness, he or she is also eligible to a refund. The associated family member must be a pass holder at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The refund is limited to one additional claimant.

    Season Passes will be refunded based on the following criteria:

    • Debilitating injury/illness that prevents participation in skiing or snowboarding for at least 30 consecutive days . A doctor's note is required.
    • Pass holder's employer requires a residential relocation of at least 300km from Revelstoke. The transfer must take place at least 45 days after the pass purchase date and must be involuntary.

    Refund option does not include:

    • Intentional self-injury or pre-existing injury.
    • Voluntarily leaving the area for work or travel, or any other change in employment status other than a transfer by current employer.
    • Environmental and Mechanical circumstances such as fire, vandalism, labor disputes, weather conditions or mechanical failures.
    • Travel plan cancellations - i.e. deciding to not travel to Revelstoke.

    All refund requests will be processed according to the schedule above. No exceptions. All refund requests are subject to the discretion of Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

  • Terms and Conditions

    General

    • All age cutoffs are based on the date of purchase. Those turning 65 after the date of purchase but before December 31, 2012 may purchase their pass at the Senior rate.
    • Season Passes are not transferable and will be revoked for misuse, foul language, or violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code. Pass holders caught transferring, selling and/or sharing their pass will be reported to the RCMP and will lose their skiing/snowboarding privileges for the remainder of the season.
    • Pass holders are responsible for any misuse while the pass is not in their possession, unless the pass was already reported lost or stolen prior to the misuse.
    • A $500 fine will apply if anyone is caught using your pass regardless of whether you are aware of the misuse or not. Pass privileges may still be revoked even after the fine has been paid.
    • All pass holders must sign a Release of Liability Form prior to receiving their Season Pass.
    • Pass holders must show proof of age and address when picking up passes.
    • Season Passes remain the property of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and are for recreational use only.
    • Pass holders caught skiing/snowboarding in a closed area will have their skiing/snowboarding privileges revoked for the season with NO REFUND.
    • Stay in Bounds! There will be an automatic minimum $1000 rescue cost for people assisted by RMR staff outside the Ski Area Boundary.
    • A $25 administration fee will be charged to reprint any lost/forgotten season pass.

    Family Pass

    • Family rates apply when purchasing three or more Season Passes. All passes must be purchased at the same time to qualify.

    Revelstoke Mountain Resort Code of Conduct

    Our goal at Revelstoke Mountain Resort is to provide a quality skiing/riding experience for all of our guests. As a Season Pass Holder, you are required to abide by the following code listed below. Pass Holders caught in violation of any of points below will have their skiing/riding privileges revoked and be responsible for any associated fines.

    • Abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code.
    • Be cordial and respectful to all fellow skiers/riders and employees.
    • Respect all area closures and slow zones.
    • Refrain from using any profane or abusive language in all public areas.
    • Smoking in non-designated areas include but not limited to Gondolas, Chair Lifts, and mazes is not tolerated.
    • Alcohol consumption is restricted to licensed areas at the Resort.
    • Zero tolerance of narcotics use.
    • Be accountable for your own actions.
