Nicky Sellinger

Nicky Sellinger is a Senior Real Estate Specialist at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, where she leads all aspects of residential real estate sales for a master-planned resort community, including sales strategy, marketing oversight, legal structuring, stakeholder coordination, and purchaser engagement throughout the full development lifecycle. With experience that bridges legal, commercial, and operational functions, Nicky brings a highly integrated perspective to each stage of the ownership journey – from initial discovery through to completion.
Prior to joining Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Nicky practiced real estate law at a leading international firm, advising on development, acquisitions, and complex transactions across North America. Today, that legal and commercial foundation plays a key role in helping purchasers navigate the intricacies of resort real estate – particularly in the pre-sale environment – providing clarity, confidence, and a level of insight that goes well beyond a typical transaction.
As part of the broader development team, Nicky is actively involved not only in the sale of real estate, but in shaping the product itself – working across planning, design, and delivery to ensure alignment between vision and execution. With a sole focus on resort real estate, this depth of involvement has led to a comprehensive understanding of the product from both a development and ownership perspective – contributing to over $50 million in presale transactions within the project’s first year in market.
Known for a highly detail-oriented and guest-first approach, Nicky places strong emphasis on the overall client experience, ensuring each interaction is thoughtful, informed, consistent with the broader Resort experience, and delivered with a high level of care and precision. This philosophy is grounded in a strong work ethic developed early on growing up on a farm, and continues to guide how relationships are built and maintained – with prospective buyers, homeowners, and guests of the Resort alike.
Nicky holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on real estate from the University of Alberta, along with a Bachelor of Management from the University of British Columbia and a diploma in Sports Management from Thompson Rivers University. She is a licensed REALTOR® in British Columbia and is currently pursuing Managing Broker designation.
Outside of work, Nicky can be found travelling to sunny beaches, reading, spending time with family, and taking full advantage of the BC lifestyle – whether on the lake, on the mountain, or on the ball field.
