Supporting the Next Generation of Revelstoke Racers
This summer, Revelstoke Mountain Resort was proud to sponsor Revelstoke Gravity Racing, Revelstoke’s new downhill race team dedicated to developing the next generation of local riders.
The team provides training and race support for junior downhill athletes, giving young riders the opportunity to build their skills, progress in their racing, and compete at events across British Columbia. As part of our support, Revelstoke Bike Park became the team’s home training mountain, providing a place for the athletes to train and prepare throughout the summer.
The 2026 Revelstoke Gravity Racing team included:
Henri Gallant, Zach Grabinsky, Mavis Gokiert, Maggie Hood, Coco Watts, Sylas Bowlen, Hunter Bellis, Hugo Beruschi, and Ryder Milaney.
We’re excited to be part of this team and to see these young riders continue to progress.

Season Recap
"The inaugural Revelstoke Gravity Racing season was a wonderful success. The team consisted of 9 athletes who participated in various BC Cup, Canada Cup, Dunbar Series, and Crankworks/America Continental Race series events. The competitions were held in eight different BC bike park resorts and were all physically challenging for the riders.
All of the RGR athletes were based out of Revelstoke and trained in the pre-season with Luke Stevens and the Daily Dirt Cycling Club. Racing in Whistler, Fernie, Kicking Horse, twice at Sun Peaks, Silver Star, Big White, Mt. Washington, and Red Mountain, the training and riding at Revelstoke Mountain Bike Park prepared these downhill riders with the technical and endurance skills necessary to obtain serious results. Competing against well-established teams, who race and train for longer seasons, these riders showed what Revelstoke has to offer.
Our Junior Racers (U17 Expert) finished 5th (Maggie Hood), 12th (Zachary Grabinsky) and 18th (Henri Gallant) overall in Canada, and 5th (Zachary Grabinsky), 6th (Maggie Hood) and 21st (Henri Gallant) in BC.
A huge thanks to Revelstoke Mountain Resort Bike Park, Critical Parts, R-Gear, Harry Salisbury (RMR), Luke Stevens and Heather Hood of Mountain Goodness (for ongoing nutritional support), for making this season possible. The parents of the athletes are also appreciated for supporting these DH racers with their time, energy, and money - for bikes. Replacement bike parts, tires, protective gear, and labour. The families that support these racers make these treks around the province to the various mountain destinations, and set up camp for a three-day weekend to ensure the athletes have adequate training time, nutrition, and rest, as well as bike repairs, during the race events.
We are looking forward to further formalizing the team, the training, the support, and to a successful 2027 race season".
