Breaking Trail: Summer 2025 Update
Summer has officially arrived at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. With the warmer weather and longer days comes exciting projects both on and off the mountain.
From new trails and roadways to real estate milestones and major construction progress, there’s a lot happening across the resort. Whether you’re curious about the highly anticipated multi-use pathway, the future of golf at Cabot Revelstoke, or our latest housing initiatives, this update has you covered.
Here’s what’s underway and what’s coming next.
Camozzi Road + Multi-Use Pathway
Camozzi Road has seen major improvements over the past year, enhancing the overall arrival experience for resort visitors. With the realignment project now complete and final BC Hydro and Telus upgrades scheduled for completion in July, access to the resort is smoother than ever.
Progress continues on the multi-use pathway, which is expected to be ready in July. Lighting and paving are slated for the end of the month, creating a safe and scenic route for both cyclists and pedestrians travelling to the resort.
Monument
Visitors are now welcomed to the resort by the newly installed Revelstoke Mountain Resort monument. Crafted to represent the mountains, valleys, and natural beauty that define Revelstoke, the monument offers a fitting first impression for guests arriving from near and far. Final landscaping will begin once utility work along Camozzi Road is complete.
Cabot Revelstoke
The golf course is starting to take shape—and it looks fantastic. Seven holes have been shaped, and with seeding set to begin this summer, we’re hoping to see some green grass emerging by fall.
Work will continue throughout the summer as the course layout comes to life, setting the stage for world-class golf in Revelstoke for Summer 2027.
Raven Townhomes
The Raven Townhomes are officially on the market, with occupancy starting back in November 2024. What was once a construction site is now transforming into a cozy, vibrant community. Landscaping is underway and set to be completed by the end of June, adding the finishing touches to this growing neighbourhood.
Real Estate Pre-Selling
Momentum’s building with future housing developments, with Benchlands Townhomes and Mountain Road Estates officially available for pre-sale.
Deep utility work is nearly complete at Benchlands Townhomes and enabling works and upgraded storm infrastructure are already in place at Mountain Road Estates. Looking ahead, the next offering for new real estate is set to launch this December.
Staff Housing
Our staff housing development is moving full steam ahead, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments taking shape. In total, 92 units are being built with dedicated space for RMR operations, all on track for winter occupancy.
Interior finishing touches like cabinets, flooring, counters, and tiling are scheduled to be completed by mid-July. After that, it's all about the final details, with furnishings, fixtures, curbing, asphalt, landscaping, and the garbage enclosure coming together through the remainder of the summer.
The Karl Hotel
Construction is progressing steadily at The Karl Hotel, our future slopeside accommodation at the base of the resort. This property will feature 154 guest rooms, conference space, a restaurant, full fitness and spa facilities, and will serve as the new home base for Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing.
Progress is moving steadily: the 6th floor walls are going up, plumbing is underway on the 4th floor, and windows are being installed on the 3rd. Interior walls are being framed in the amenities building as the vision starts to come to life.
