What a way to start the season! Thank you to everyone who came out for our 2024 Opening weekend. You brought the stoke, and the mountain was delivered!
8cm (3in) of fresh snow fell overnight on Friday, setting the scene for an unbeatable season-opener on Saturday.
The day began with the Red Bull DJ Truck hyping up the crowd and counting down to first lift, and the vibes only got better up the mountain! With enough untouched powder to go around and a large portion of our terrain ready to be explored--it was game on.
Once the legs grew tired from hitting the slopes, the good times continued into the afternoon with après hosted by the Red Bull DJs at The Rockford. One lucky guest also walked away with a brand-new pair of skis, courtesy of Salomon’s giveaway.
On Sunday, there was another chance to score untouched powder as Patrol dropped the ropes on North Bowl and Greely Bowl, opening up even more terrain for exploration.
