• To ride alone you must be at least 125 cm / 4'1" or taller and 8 years old.
• To ride a cart with a passenger, you must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only drivers, not passengers, can operate the brake lever.
• Passengers must be 3 to 9 years old and a minimum height of 96cm/3'2".
• The combined maximum weight capacity per cart is 118kg (260lbs).
• Passengers must be no taller than the driver's shoulders while seated.
• Riders must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability, and knowledge to safely load, ride, and unload the cart.
• Pregnant persons, heart patients, and persons with back or neck problems are not permitted to ride.
• Up to two riders per cart - each rider is required to purchase a ticket.
• Riders must wear seatbelts at all times and keep their arms and legs within the cart.
• Handheld devices including phones and action cameras are not permitted. If you wish to use an action camera, you must use a chest harness or head mount.
• A maximum speed of 42kph will be managed by a push-to-go forward brake and a centrifugal brake.
• Carts are not to stop or come into contact while on the track. Riders must keep a minimum distance of 50m away from other carts.
• The Pipe Mountain Coaster may need to be suspended temporarily or closed during any rain, thunderstorms, lightning or high winds, and will reopen as soon as safe operations can be assured.
• Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affect the ability to react.
• Locals discount available. Inquire at Guest Services for details. Columbia Shuswap Regional District proof of address is required.
• Lower gondola access is included with your ride ticket for The Pipe Mountain Coaster.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to Find the Pipe Mountain Coasters

1. Start at the Village Base – Hop onto the gondola from the village base area. As you board, look to your right for a quick glimpse of the coaster arrival station!
2. Ride to Mid-Station – Enjoy the scenic ride, but do not transfer to the upper gondola at mid-station. Instead, when you come off you will see the coasters being loaded onto the tracks on your right.
3. Follow the signs – Clear signage will direct you toward the Coaster corral. Once there, our team will guide you through a brief safety orientation.
4. Choose Your Adventure – After orientation, you’ll have the option to ride Coaster #1 or Coaster #2—or try both!

• We recommend riding the coaster first thing in the AM or after 4PM for lower wait times

• Minimum age is 6 years old.
• Any 6 or 7 year old using the Aerial Adventure Park must be at least 20kg (44lbs), 125 cm (4'1"), and accompanied by an adult.
• Any child using the Aerial Adventure Park unaccompanied by an adult must be at least 8 years of age, 30 kg (66 lbs) and 135 cm (4'5").
• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on course.
• People with health issues are not advised to enter the course.
• Pregnant women are not permitted on course.
• All participants must wear close-toed shoes. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
• Maximum weight capacity is 118kg (260lbs).

How to Get to the Aerial Park

1. Start at Guest Services – After exiting Guest Services, head toward the gondola base area.
2. Head toward the Revelation Gondola – Walk around the gondola on the right-hand side to access the pedestrian pathway.
3. Follow the path up – Continue up the pedestrian path, and you’ll soon see the Aerial Park structure ahead.

How to Reach the Upper Gondola

1. Start at Guest Services – From Guest Services, head directly toward the gondola base.
2. Enter through the gates – Walk through the gondola access gates and board the lower gondola.
3. Mid-Station transfer – When you arrive at mid-station, exit the gondola and follow the signs to go through another gate.
4. Board the Upper Gondola – After passing through the second gate, load onto the upper gondola to continue your ride to the top.

No disc? No problem. The Rental Shop has you covered with disc rentals, including a selection of drivers, mid-range, and putters. Disc rentals cost $15, and you will be required to pay a $10/per disc deposit which will be refunded once your discs are safely returned. Lost disc golf fee is $15. If you're having trouble letting go, discs are also available for purchase at R-Gear. Remember to pick up your free scorecard and map from our Rental Shop or download the printable version below!

How to Get to the Woodchuck Disc Golf Course

1. Start at Guest Services – Head down the Village Stroll toward the south end of the village — the complete opposite side from Guest Services.
2. Look for Signage – At the south end, follow signs for the Woodchuck Disc Golf Course, accessible via the Bottoms Up Hiking Trail.
3. Follow the Trail – Continue on the trail until it splits into two paths. At the fork, look to your left for Tee #1 of the disc golf course.

⚠️ Important: There is no access to the disc golf course via the Aerial Park.

Stay Comfortable on the Course

As you head out to play, be sure to apply sunscreen—even in the shade of the forest, the sun can still sneak up on you. It's also a good idea to bring bug spray to keep the mosquitoes and other critters at bay while you're navigating the wooded trails. A little protection will help you stay focused on your game!
