Your Guide to the RMR Bike Park

First time at our bike park? Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your ride and feel confident hitting the trails.

CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT

Mountain bike trails are physically demanding and tough on both your bike and your body. Before you ride, take the time to inspect your equipment or have it checked by a qualified bike mechanic to ensure everything is in safe working order. Wear the appropriate protective gear for the type of terrain you'll be tackling. This includes a proper helmet, gloves, pads, and sturdy footwear. Being prepared helps prevent injuries and keeps you riding longer.

KNOW THE MOUNTAIN AND THE TRAILS

Building confidence on the trails starts with knowing your ability and choosing the right lines. Our Mountain Sports School instructors are here to help you find your flow, build skills, and progress with confidence. Not sure where to begin? Our Trail Progression Chart can be found on the map, outlining recommended routes to help you level up gradually by linking trails and features designed to match your ability. Whether you're taking a lesson or exploring on your own, there's a smart way to ride.

BIKE PARK ETIQUETTE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your safety, equipment, and for respecting other riders on the mountain. Accidents can happen, but knowing and following proper bike park etiquette helps keep everyone safe. Ride in control, be aware of your surroundings, and always follow signage and rules. Your actions matter—ride smart, ride respectfully.
